Nursery/Reception – Mrs Thomas

Enterprising, Creative Contributors

Our Foundation Phase topic this term is ‘Above & Below‘.  We will be exploring the outdoors and learning about our local area. During class discussions, pupils decided on different topics they would like to learn about and different lesson ideas. Topics popular with the whole class were  SNOW, ICE and WINTER

During our first week back, we have been focusing on the book ‘One Snowy Night’. This has been our focus book. We will also be reading ‘Geronimo’ by David Walliams, ‘Little Penguin’ and ‘Can’t Sleep Little Bear’ by Martin Waddell.
